Upcoming Fiber Art Retreat Workshops

Amazing world of “Fiber Art” with Award Winning Artist - Toni Bergeon

Birch Trail Resort Retreat Center will be hosting our instructor led Fiber Art Retreats again in 2025 - DATES TO BE RELEASED THIS FALL

With a different, unique approach to working with fabric and design.  Our introductory class walks each participant through the process of how to replicate a picture with 100’s of fabric pieces and machine stitching.  The introductory class will provide you with step by step in-person instruction, and templates to create your first two pieces of wall art – which you will take home with you.  See our pictures here for the examples of choices you have for the first piece the class will make together. Your second piece, during the retreat can be a picture you bring with you of something you admire/cherish/love.

The retreat will begin on Thursday’s and attendees start arriving by 3:00pm in the afternoon.   You will enjoy Friday and Saturday full days and into the evening if you like, creating your works of art.  Sunday is a half day of instruction and most head out by 1:00pm.

If interested, please send us an email and we will send over the day-by-day details of the class description and list of materials required.  We also include a wonderful bio on our award-winning artist Toni Bergeon.

Our package price includes three-night stay in one of our cute, cozy, comfy, clean cabins, two and a half days of instruction and access of additional hours to stay and create in our workshop.  Meals are typically a potluck with all the attendees – this is coordinated once we have the list of attendees confirmed.

Once you have completed the introduction weekend workshop you can join us for our advanced fiber art instructor lead retreat for even larger more complex pictures that you will convert into beautiful fabric and machine stitching wall art!

Class Size:  8 participants – allowing plenty of one -on -one guidance.
